Water run urea dispenser
The
easy Nitrogen solution for fertilising irrigated crops

Australian Registered Patent No. 630670
Innovation and Simplicity
w Until recently, to water run urea, a farmer required a mixing tank to dissolve urea in a solution of water. They also required a constant head tank to deliver the nitrogen solution to the irrigation water. This system has a high capital cost, a high energy cost, is not portable and is difficult to calibrate. The innovative N-BUGGY has removed the hassle and cost of dispensing urea into irrigation water.
w
Apply nitrogen at the same time as you irrigate your crop.
w Allows
the use of urea - the preferred form of water run nitrogen. Lower volatilisation
losses and more even application than anhydrous ammonia.
w
Cost
effective. Low capital cost and low operating costs mean cheaper application,
no crop damage and no risk of soil compaction.
w Nitrogen fertilisation when the crop needs it - early bloom, and where the crop needs it, in the root zone.
w In-crop fertilisation improves nitrogen fertiliser recovery by reducing losses from denitrification.
w More effective field coverage than water run gas.
w
The
N-BUGGY dispenses
solid fertiliser into the supply channel or head ditch of an irrigated
field
w
It
is mobile, allowing transport from field to field
w
A variable electronic metering system allows simple calibration over wide
range of application rates - 5 to 100 kg/ha.
w
2.5
and 5 ton models available, capacity allows plenty of time between fills.
w
Solar
powered for greater energy efficiency.
w Rugged construction for long term trouble free service.
w May be used for running other solids eg. Potassium
